Early reports are indicating that Dallas Cowboys’ star running back was involved in an incident at Clutch Bar in Dallas late last night.
Updates and a video posted by TMZ also suggest that Elliott may have punched an unidentified 30-year old man, breaking his nose and sending him to the hospital during last night’s scuffle.
Mike Fisher of 105.3 The Fan, a Dallas-based CBS sports radio affilitate, was the first to report on the incident:

The person who shot the video tells us the man was involved in a verbal altercation with a woman who was in Ezekiel’s party … when Ezekiel got involved. The witness says she saw Ezekiel punch the man — corroborating the story the victim’s friend told police. However, cops at the scene could not confirm Zeke was the attacker and he has not been arrested or charged with a crime.
According to the tipster who sent TMZ the video, the man was allegedly in a verbal confrontation with a woman in Elliott’s group when Elliott himself became involved and allegedly physically confronted the unidentified man.
Elliott’s representatives say that Elliott has not been charged with a crime nor has there been a complaint filed against him.
Elliott is also currently under investigation by the NFL for 2016 domestic violence incidents involving his ex-girlfriend in Columbus, Ohio; we have opined on these investigations before.
We will keep you posted on any updates.
