Houston Texans all-world quarterback, Deshaun Watson has been named as a defendant in 13 different lawsuits brought by 16 different plaintiff women, all alleging that Deshaun Watson committed unwanted sexual advances against each of them.
The attorney representing all 16 women, Houston’s Tony Buzbee, has already hinted that there are still more lawsuits that could potentially be filed in Harris County, where the plaintiffs currently live and/or where the alleged unwanted sexual advances occurred.
In the interest of keeping everyone up to speed, we’ve decided to make a running database of each lawsuit and their allegations.

Key Allegations
- Watson reached out to the plaintiff inquiring about a message on Instagram on or about March 28, 2020.
- Watson specifically asked the plaintiff “Am I expecting to see someone else there. Is it just you.”
- When the plaintiff began the massage, Watson repeatedly instructed the plaintiff to “focus on the groin area.” Defendant began to feel uncomfortable with these repeated instructions.
- Watson exposed the tip of his “fully erect penis” to the plaintiff.
- Watson moved his hips, forcing contact between the plaintiff’s hand and his penis.
- Plaintiff abruptly ended the massage and instructed Watson to leave, to which he responded saying “I know you have a career and a reputation and I know you would hate for someone to mess with yours, just like I don’t want anyone messing with mine.”
- A week later, Watson reached out to Plaintiff to apologize for the incident.

- Feeling intimidated, the plaintiff was coerced by Watson to move her mouth closer to his genitals and perform oral sex.
- Plaintiff blacked out in fear for several minutes.

- Watson aggressively redirected the plaintiff toward his inner anus and instructed the defendant to use more oil on his anus.

- The plaintiff met with Watson on two different occasions.
- As the first scheduled massage began, Watson began to pull the towel down meant to cover his genitals as the plaintiff continued to pull it back up to ensure that Watson’s genitals remained covered.
- As the second message was to begin, Watson arrived and kissed the plaintiff without any notice. Plaintiff then quickly exited the room and sought a friend who was working at a store next door to regain her composure.
- When the plaintiff returned to the room, Watson was completely undressed and exposed himself to the plaintiff.
- Plaintiff told Watson that his behavior was not in line with her business practices, to which Watson responded that he was “more comfortable when he was free.”
- Plaintiff began the massage and rebuffed Watson’s requests to work on his buttocks and groin area.
- During the massage, Watson moved in a manner that would allow his penis to make contact with the plaintiff’s hands multiple times.
- Watson offered the plaintiff additional compensation if she focused on his buttocks and groin area, to which she declined. Watson grew frustrated and left.

- Plaintiff’s first meeting with Watson was arranged by the plaintiff’s supervisor at her place of work.
- Prior to their first encounter, Watson requested a photo of the plaintiff and stated to the plaintiff’s supervisor that he would like to “give her a massage.”
- Prior to the beginning of the massage, the plaintiff offered to leave the room to give Watson privacy to undress, to which Watson rebuffed and insisted the plaintiff stay in the room.
- Watson undressed completely, exposing himself to the plaintiff and did not attempt to cover himself, which according to the plaintiff, was not customary in the profession.
- Watson laid on his stomach and instructed the plaintiff to focus on his thighs and buttocks.
- After complaining to the plaintiff for not being aggressive enough with his thighs and buttocks, Watson flipped over and exposed his, now, erect penis to the plaintiff.
- The plaintiff told Watson that exposing himself with an erection was not appropriate and the massage concluded without further incident.
- During the 2nd meeting, Watson attempted to have his penis make contact with the plaintiff’s hands and requested that the plaintiff touch his penis.
- Watson told the plaintiff that she was “wearing too many clothes,” and visibly upset that the plaintiff was fully clothed in scrubs.
- Watson attempted to kiss the plaintiff in the mouth.

- The plaintiff began massaging Watson’s legs as he instructed her to “come up more” and instructed her to massage the area between his groin and his anus. Again, the plaintiff was unsure if this was customary, so she obliged.
- Watson turned over on his back and while the plaintiff continued to massage his legs and groin area, Watson ejaculated on the plaintiff’s face and body.
- Watson began to masturbate and took the plaintiff’s hand to make contact with his penis.

- On several occasions throughout the massage, Watson exposed his erect penis to the defendant as she continued to attempt to cover him with a draping.
- Watson caused his penis to make contact with the plaintiff’s hands to which he stated “oh that felt good. Can you do that again?” to which the plaintiff declined and Watson responded, “I do not want to make you do anything you do not want to do.”

- Watson turned over and complimented the plaintiff on her appearance., specifically her body.
- As the plaintiff massaged Watson’s chest, Watson groped her buttocks and vagina and pushed her buttocks into his face. Plaintiff subsequently slapped Watson to which Watson said “I thought you liked that.”
- Watson asked for the plaintiff to assist him in removing the excess oil from the lower half of his body, to which Watson began using his penis to touch the plaintiff’s hand.

- At some point in the massage, Watson flipped onto his back, removed the towel covering his erect penis and exposed himself to the plaintiff.
- Watson grabbed the plaintiff’s hands and moved his penis and genitals toward her hands to get her to pleasure him.
- Watson continued to direct the plaintiff to his anus.
- At the conclusion of the massage, Watson stated “I will not have you sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) but don’t ever talk about this.”

- Watson continued to instruct the plaintiff to “go deeper” which would have meant touching his anus and testicles, to which the plaintiff declined.
- Watson flipped over, exposing his penis to the plaintiff, and instructed the plaintiff to massage his inner thigh and lower stomach, causing the plaintiff to touch Watson’s penis.
- Watson told the plaintiff to not be scared to “touch him,” to which the plaintiff stated that she was not paid to do that. Watson then replied that it (assuming sexual contact) was what he paid for.

- During the massage, Watson flipped himself over, allowing the towel covering him to fall and exposing himself to the plaintiff.
- Watson moved his penis to make contact with the plaintiff’s hand to which Watson began leaking pre-ejaculation fluid. After such, Watson stated, “I hope you do not mind if we continue the massage like this,” to which the plaintiff replied, stuttering, “I do not know, I do not know.”
- The plaintiff decided to end the massage and as Watson got off the table (still naked), Watson asked the plaintiff for a hug to which the plaintiff declined. Watson responded “Oh c’mon I saw your Instagram. I know what you’re working with.”
